Method
- Chill tofu in the refrigerator’s chiller overnight.
- Defrost tofu in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Wash mushrooms, star anise, dried shrimps and drain well.
- Soak mushrooms into hot water for 30 minutes. Scoop up and drain well.
- Dice mushrooms and shrimps.
- Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic, then stir fry mushrooms and shrimps, add in Seasoning.
- Pour light soy sauce and NutriTea Herbal Tea evenly onto tofu and braise together with star anise for 15 minutes.
- Serve tofu onto a serving plate and divide into quarter size. Pour diced mushrooms and shrimps onto it. Chilli sauce is for dipping purpose.

Tips:
Tofu is advisable to chill in the refrigerator after purchased; it can be kept up to one week. Those who prefer hot and spicy food, can add chilli sauce for better taste. |
